His horrible past is When his Father, Prof.Birch, killed by a mysterious person, the murderer doesn't have a shadow. Brendan failed to protect his father from his certain death. Brendan finally notice that his not related, his been adopted since Brendan was a baby...
Suddenly, Brendan releases a full chakra blast of black saiyan energy and transforms into... Dark Saiyan Brendan!!
Before his dad died, he tells Brendan about his fatality, Brendan will explode in the next 90 days.The only way to reverse the effect is to Wish his fatality gone, by using the Regional Orbs!

Ash Ketchum, 13, has a saiyan father but died since Ash was a baby. Ash found his powers since getting his Pikachu back from Team Galactic. Ash wants to save his Pikachu but his pokemon injured badly, so he's forced himself to rescue Pikachu. Suddenly, his hair began to glowing and his body feels stronger than ever. Delia Ketchum (Ash's Mom) already knows that Ash is a Saiyan... Ash and Pikachu return to their home, Pallet Town. He discovers his Mom was killed by the same mysterious person that Brendan encountered. He angers and turns into a Dark Saiyan just like Brendan!

Regional Orbs are the orbs of the region. Each orb has scattered to each region and it has powers on its own. The Orbs are very powerful, created by the guardians of "Ruins of Alph". If seven are collected, a creature will appear and grant a wish the possessor of the orbs...
